$3000 VIP Table for 10 at Classic Party and 10 cocktail party tickets

Ticket Includes (depending on which party you attend)
One opportunity drawing ticket, hors d’oeuvres, fine wine, local beer, local non- alcoholic drinks, live music by The Disco Chickens, cello by Maren Askins, dancing, photo booths. Please note that due to the social nature of this event that seating is “open” unless you purchase a sponsorship table. All ticketing fees are covered! Non- transferable ticket.

Lodging:
Snowpine Lodge: 20% off stay the night of the Gala.  Link for booking will be in event emails.

Parking:
Parking at Snowpine is limited, please consider booking a free shuttle (info below).

Shuttle for the Gala:
Alta Shuttle will again donate van service to the Alta Gala to/from locations in the Town of Alta and from the mouth of the canyon for free.

For Alta Residents, to get around the Town of Alta, call the Alta Night Shuttle driver 801-301-0122 a few minutes before you want to be picked up.

Space is limited and reservations are based on first come first serve basis. Tips are encouraged.

Silent Auction:
There will be a small, in person, silent auction. We are excited to bring back this exciting fundraiser.

Dress:
Snowpine Lodge is an upscale establishment.  We ask that men at least wear a collared shirt and slacks – no jeans, please.  We encourage you to dress to impress!

Employee Definition:
An employee ticket can go to any employee of a Town of Alta Business. IE: Restaurants, lodges, ski lifts, caterers, etc.

Menu:
Due to the social nature of this event, we are offering heavy appetizers.  The Alta Gala is not and never has been a sit down dinner.
